- Identify the vehicle with the licence-disc reader and capture client, supplier and product info
- Link the transaction to its purchase order, contract or sales order, selecting or importing to cut data-entry errors
- Issue an RFID card linking the transaction to intake and the quality lab, with destination selection to prevent contamination
