Production scheduling and planning
Automill provides a complete production planning and scheduling solution. When integrated with the client's financial system, production orders are imported automatically and tied to the recipe allocated to them, so daily and weekly planning takes less human effort to start and stop each order.
Everything checked before it starts
The scheduler's Pre-Checking looks at raw material stock availability, cross-contamination, hand-additions prepared and route selections, so an order runs without stoppages or wrong final product destinations.
No gap between orders
With Auto-Scheduling each order starts once the last is completed, as do the batches within it, with no time delay between orders or recipe changes.
The day's plan, already tied to its recipe
Operators see the planned schedule for the day, with each order tied to the correct recipe, product type and total tons to be produced.
