Dispatch stageAutomill module
Feed-mill packing operations
Each packed unit stays tied to the batch behind it and the dispatch ahead of it, so traceability does not stop at the packing floor.
At the packer, a batch becomes a bag.
At the packer, product changes from a batch to a bag. If the bag cannot be tied back to the batch, traceability ends at the packing floor.

Take the product, count the bags, reconcile the difference.
- Receive the product info shared from the batching system
- Record the packing event, including per-bag weight and count from the bagging-station controller
- Compare production figures against bagging figures to find losses or differences, and update finished-goods stock
Operator experience
Right product, right action, no ambiguity at the station.
The required product, pack action and current state should be unambiguous at the station.
Where the record goes next
Between the batch that made it and the load that takes it.
Equipment, labels and packaging are client-specific. Equipment, label and packaging interfaces are agreed with each client during design.
